The Fisherman’s Story
“There were a group of fishermen, and one of them never caught anything. When they checked his hook, it was straight. They laughed. “How can you catch fish with that?” The old man smiled and said, “I’m waiting for a special fish.”
Rumours spread all the way to the king, who asked to see the fisherman, but the fisherman refused to come. He said, “I am still waiting to catch a special fish.” The king was surprised, and decided to go to see the fisherman himself. He asked, “What fish are you looking for?” The old man said, “You, Your Majesty. You are my fish.”
The lesson is simple: When your hook is straight — when you live honestly — you may not catch much at first. But in the end, truth always attracts what’s greatest. Only those who fish with a straight hook catch the king.”
The Truth We Ignore
“Have you ever noticed how, when someone tells us something good about ourselves — “You’re doing great,” “You’re kind,” “You’ve got potential” — we just… dismiss it? But when someone says something negative, we believe it instantly. It’s strange, right? The truth is, we react stronger to negativity — even when it’s not the full truth. We respond to negative comments about ourselves because we believe them. And that affects how we see ourselves.
So maybe it’s time to dig into the positive side of who we are — just as deeply as we analyse the negative. Because self-realization isn’t just about facing your flaws. It’s about accepting your worth, too.”
The Pineal Gland: A Hidden Key to Spiritual and Mental Wellbeing
“Today, I want to share a personal discovery about something small yet profoundly important—the pineal gland. This tiny, bean-sized gland lies deep within the brain and is responsible for producing melatonin, the hormone that regulates sleep and influences our mood, rationality, and emotional balance. Uniquely, it has direct contact with our bloodstream, meaning it absorbs substances from the blood faster than most other parts of the brain.
Independent researchers have found that over time, the pineal gland often becomes calcified—hardened by calcium deposits—which limits its ability to function properly. One of the main culprits appears to be fluoride, a chemical commonly found in drinking water, toothpaste, and even swimming pools. Once fluoride enters the bloodstream, it can accumulate in the pineal gland, diminishing its activity. This can lead to reduced mental clarity, emotional dullness, and even heightened fear or anxiety.
Some see this as more than a health concern—it may also affect our spiritual awareness. Throughout history, many mystical traditions have linked the pineal gland to the “third eye”, the centre of higher consciousness. When active, it supports deeper perception, intuition, and spiritual insight. However, when calcified, these capacities are weakened.
There are natural ways believed to help restore its vitality. Avoiding fluoride where possible is a first step, along with consuming cleansing substances like iodine (found in sea moss), apple cider vinegar, and citrus juices, which may help reduce calcium build-up. Meditation, exposure to sunlight, and overall purification—both physical and spiritual—are also said to reactivate the gland over time.
In essence, the pineal gland is more than a biological structure; it’s a bridge between the physical and the spiritual. Protecting and nurturing it can enhance not only our health but also our sense of clarity, joy, and connection. In a world full of distractions and pollutants, such awareness reminds us to care for both body and spirit, refining ourselves in pursuit of deeper understanding.”
